Our certified Iberian "cebo* de campo" Ham from Andalusia, air dries at least 24 months.
The iberian breed pigs are raised with ceral based feed. A lot of care is put in every step of the elaboration process of this great product, since the moment of raising the pigs until the long time of air drying. When the ham is cut, it presents the dark-redish colour with the fine white veins that characterises the Iberian hams.
We slice the Iberian Ham by hand because thats the way the fine and slightly salty taste stand out best.
