Buying an Iberian Charcuterie Board
The Iberian charcuterie board is a pack made of Iberian ham, Iberian chorizo, Iberian salchichón and Iberian lomo. All these products come from 50% Iberian race pigs with Guijuelo’s guarantee of origin. The ham and the lomo are certified by another company.
Although coming in the same pack, each product is individually wrapped.
Characteristics of the Iberian ham and cold meat selection
The ham, as well as the lomo, the chorizo and the salchichón come from at least 50% Iberian race pigs with Guijuelo’s guarantee of origin made by the company Jamones Nieto Martín. The ham and the cold meat in this package are certified. It has a curation time of at least 24 months and are sliced by machine.
The total weigh of this pack is of 200 gr, each one of the four products has a weigh of 50 gr.

All the products that conform the Iberian charcuterie board are gluten-free. The chorizo and the salchichón contain lactose.
Consuming the Iberian Charcuterie Board
It is important to open the package between 15 and 30 minutes before eating it in order to let the meats grab some air and for the slices to separate. Once that time has passed, put the product in a tray and eat it with some bread sticks, toasts, oil and even natural grated tomatoes.
