La Cocinera XL pasties dough, a typical Spanish recipe

For the traditional empanadillas. The ones you love. Enjoy all kinds of recipes such as empanadillas or other preparations you want to make. This XL dough will be perfect, especially for stuffed empanadillas.

Instructions for use:

PREPARATION: 1. Leave the wafers at room temperature for 10 minutes.|2. Fill the wafers with the chosen preparation, close them by pressing the edges with a fork and fry them in plenty of very hot oil until golden brown. |Preparation in the oven: Remove the release paper, fill the wafers, brush them with beaten egg and bake them at 200°C up and down (without fan) for 10 to 12 minutes. Caution: release paper is not suitable for baking in the oven.
