Pata Negra Bellota Ham DO Guijuelo

The Protected Designation of Origin of Guijuelo is based on the Iberian pigs themselves. They are pigs that live in freedom and in the best mountain ranges. These pigs are characterized by:

2. Dark skinned, smooth and with little hair.

3. Long, sterilized hind legs.

4. Large pointed ears, with a tendency to bend forward, covering the eyes.
