D.O. piece of Teruel ham is an excellent ham without bone
It comes from one of the most highly valued designations of origin, our Teruel ham is cured for at least 18 months. When it is cut, it presents its typical reddish colour with the characteristic white streaks. The careful preparation gives it its mild and not very salty aroma.
Enjoy this delicacy in the 1,000 possible ways, "a palo seco", with tomato... just the way you like it!
