Characteristics of pork bacon:

The cured bacon comes in thin slices and it has a weight of 90 gr. It is packed in a punnet with a protective atmosphere. This bacon is made by Palcarsa, one of our reliable suppliers.

The slice of the bacon integrates part of the pork fat and lean. In one of the edges it comes with a thin shape of skin, which it is going to caramelize when it fries. It has a white color and the lean has a pink color. It is perfect to eat on a sandwich or on combined dishes.

The cured fileted bacon comes from the pork meat, in this case from the Duroc pork breed. In particular from the part of the fat, one of the parts more fatty of the animal.
