The ingredients of this product are: Iberian pork liver (27%), pork meat and bacon, cooking water, onion, mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), sugars, wine, extra virgin olive oil (1%), salt, skimmed milk powder, egg powder, pea fibre, garlic, spices, emulsifiers: E-450i, E-451ii and E-452i, paprika de la vera (0.4%), corn starch, antioxidants: E-331i, E-301 and E-325, flavourings, preservatives: E-200 and E-262 and aromatic plants.

It contains lactose and egg and is gluten-free so, it is suitable for coeliacs.
