The Patxaran, typical in the Basque Country, is traditionally made with anisette and sloes. The mix of sloes macerated in anisette rests for 6 months until the liquor gets the red colour and the characteristic taste. Our Patxaran Sloe Liqueur is 100% natural and of an exceptional quality.
