Garlic Sauce characteristics
Alioli Sauce, also known as ajolio or ajoaceite, is a typical sauce of Mediterranean cuisine formed by the emulsion of olive oil and garlic. This sauce is very common throughout Spain and is udes in representative tapas such as patatas bravas and barbecues to accompany grilled meats such as lamb chops and gives a distinctive touch to some rice dishes, as in the case with Arroz a Banda.
