The Garlic Sauce is made of oil and garlic. This traditional Spanish sauce, called All i Oli or Alioli, is very creamy, similar to mayonnaise, and it is perfect to have with a great variety of dishes.

The Garlic Sauce is used in a great variety of typical Spanish dishes. One of the most common combinations is together with seafood paella called 'arroz a banda'. It is also great together with fish like cod or with squid. Besides the Garlic Sauce goes along with almost everything you want to spice up: meats, vegetables or potatoes.
