Garlic Sauce characteristics

Alioli Sauce, also known as ajolio or ajoaceite, is a typical sauce of Mediterranean cuisine formed by the emulsion of olive oil and garlic. This sauce is very common throughout Spain and is udes in representative tapas such as patatas bravas and barbecues to accompany grilled meats such as lamb chops and gives a distinctive touch to some rice dishes, as in the case with Arroz a Banda.

This delicious Mediterranean sauce is used as a condiment for some dishes, especially fish and seafood, as well as in Arroz a Banda and some other typical Mediterranean rice recipes.

We introduce a Garlic Sauce made by the company Chovi. It comes in a plastic airtight 250 gr. bottle and has a non-drip dispenser system. It is a balanced dip, the garlic is present, but it does not sting too much. It is a product made to accompany, not to be eaten on its own; therefore, what it has to do is to enhance the food. In this instance, the garlic, as is often the case, takes on too much prominence, but this is not the case with Chovi Garlic Sauce.
