Piquillo peppers (33%) (piquillo peppers, sugar, salt, acidifier: citric acid and firming agent: calcium chloride), COD (20%), water, whole MILK, WHEAT flour, onion, crushed tomato (crushed tomato, salt and acidifier: citric acid), SHRIMPS (2%) (SHRIMP, salt and paprika extract), olive oil, garlic (garlic and sunflower oil), salt, white wine and parsley.

It contains fish, crustaceans, milk and gluten.

*Store at room temperatura in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 4 days.

Piquillo peppers stuffed with cod and prawns recipe

Our piquillo peppers are handmade peeled and together with the juicy cod and prawn filling and the thick bechamel sauce they become an exceptional product. We will now take a look at how the recipe is made:

1. First of all, the filling is made: add the onion and garlic cloves to a frying pan with a dash of oil until they turn golden brown.

2. Next, add the desalted cod for 5 minutes, then add the flour and stir for 1 minute.

3. Add the peeled prawns to this mixture.

4. Then add the milk until the bechamel sauce is cooked. Finally, remove and leave to cool.

5. Next, fry the peppers a little and then fill them with the previous mixture.

6. Put them in the oven for about 20 minutes and they are ready to eat.

The flavours of the fish and seafood blend perfectly with the sweet piquillo peppers. It is, undoubtedly, a dish from head to toe.

- Microwave: transfer all the can to a microwave-safe container. Heat for 2 minutes at maximum power.

- Over a low heat: transfer all the can to a suitable container and heat over a low heat.
