Young wine made from the Chardonnay variety. From selected grapes from vineyards over 20 years old. Departing from selected Rigurasamente grapes, must is extracted in hydraulic presses. Fermentation is controlled by cold. The wine is filtered and stabilized in cold.
Medium-intensity yellow gold with some reflections, greenish. The nose is very broad, with intense aromas of the Verdejo variety that makes it, hay and ripe tropical fruit. In the mouth is fresh, fruity, unctuous, broad, consistent, round, balanced. Very easy to drink.
Especially recommended for appetizers, fish and seafood. Serve cold. Between 7º and 9º.
