Winemaking of Faustino Rivero Ulecia Reserve
Faustino Rivera Ulecia Reserve is a destemmed and partially crushed red wine, with a high proportion of whole berries.
Fermentation is controlled at a temperature of 23 and 28ºC with selected indigenous yeasts.

Appearance: intense and bright ruby-red colour.
Nose: intense, elegant, with notes of ripe fruit and spices. Aromas of its barrel ageing.
Taste: ample, silky and balanced flavour, with a certain complexity and great persistence.
