It is a half piece of cured cheese García Baquero of approximately 1.5 kg., vacuum-packed and made with a combination of goat, cow and sheep’s milk.

Our half-piece García Baquero cheese is a type of cured cheese with a yellowish appearance with ivory tones, its aroma combines nuts with milky sensations and is characterised by a certain elasticity, while its flavour is very balanced with hints of goat’s milk.
