The Seafood Paella, called Arroz a Banda, is a popular dish all along the coast of Valencia. Formerly it was a humble dish where cheap and spiny fish was used. Today the dish is still very popular because of its wonderful taste of fish and seafood.
Our Seafood Paella is traditionally prepared craft product made of the best ingredients: fish stock, rice D.O. Valencia, Mediterranean prawns and squid. The rice, because of the characteristics of the variety, absorbs all the taste of the stock and stays loose, without overcooking. Our Seafood Paella is 100% natural and has an ideal and exquisite taste.

1. pour the content of the can (broth and seafood) in a paella frying pan or in a wide frying pan and put it on medium heat
2. when the broth starts boiling add the rice and distribute it all over the pan
3. keep it slowly cooking about 18 min.
4. when there is no liquid left, the rice is done; we recommend to leave it resting between 3 - 5 min. before serving.
