Pigs of the Iberico breed are raised on natural grasses and pastures and spend between 2 and 4 months in pastures where they feed mainly on acorns. The breeding of the pigs and the careful treatment of the raw material make our Iberico acorn Chorizo cular an excellent Spanish product. The hot paprika gives it a pleasant taste and a strong colour.
