Our Trevelez Ham with IGP comes in a practical 760 grams format. A Serrano ham obtained by natural ageing, without the use of additives or preservatives. A piece aged for at least 17 months. The use of sea salt and using the right amount of it, makes it a ham reduced in salt. The practical format of a clean piece, without skin or rind, makes it very easy to consume.

The best Jamón de Trevelez comes from the Jamónes de Juviles drying shed. In the middle of the natural park of Andalusia, specifically in Granada, they produce a ham with the utmost care and respect for the product.
