We want you to be happy with our products. If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods you have the right to cancel your order or return the purchased goods, both within 14 days since you placed the order, without any given reasons. Please inform us first here or by email foodlovers@gastronomicspain.com about a cancelation or a return. To meet the cancellation or return deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired. If you are going to use your right to cancel and the order has already been shipped we are going to send you the draft form of the return delivery note, the instructions and the shipping address. You can use our draft form to indicate the products you are going to return, but you are not obligated to do so.

If you cancel the order we are going to reimburse to you all all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. 

How to make a return

Contact us here or by email foodlovers@gastronomicspain.com and indicate us which products you are going to return.

We are going to send you the draft form of the return delivery note, the instructions and the shipping address. You can use the draft form to indicate the products you are going to return, but you are not obligated to do so. 

Please send us the products you'd like to return in their original state, with the seals and packing undamaged and without being manipulated in any other way. If the product was damaged, the seal or packing has been broken or the product has been manipulated in any other way while it was in your custody you have to assume the cost of a possible value loss, which means that we cannot refund, totally or partial, the price you paid.

Use the original box if it is possible, if not, use a box that adapts to the product and ensures its safety.

Take the package to a post service of your choice. You pay the return delivery costs. We do not refund you the shipping costs of the return delivery. Once we receive the returned products, we refund the money. 

It is only possible to refund the money of returned products. It is not possible to exchange one product for another. If you want to change products you have to purchase the new product on gastronomicspain.com.

Return Politics

Gastronomic Spain only accepts returns within the first 14 days, just as it is marked by the Spanish law. 

Gastronomic Spain realizes refunds for returned products. If the product was damaged, the seals or packing has been broken or the product has been manipulated in any other way while it was in your custody you have to assume the costs of a possible value loss, which means that Gastronomic Spain cannot refund, totally or partial, the price you paid.

Gastronomic Spain does not take responsibility if the returned products and the products indicated by the customer on the return delivery note are not the same. Gastronomic Spain only refunds the money of the received products.

Gastronomic Spain does not pay or refund the shipping cost of the return delivery.

Gastronomic Spain only refunds the cost of returned products that the client paid the day of purchasing the products, offers, promotions and discounts included. Gastronomic Spain only refunds the corresponding delivery fares proportional to the returned products.

Gastronomic Spain only refunds money for returned products. It is not possible to exchange one product for another even if they are the same price. If you want to change one product for another you have to purchase the new product on gastronomicspain.com.
