The Idiazabal Cheese, with D.O.*, is made of raw Latxa sheep milk and produced in the Basque Country. The cheese has the characteristic taste and personality typical for this variety.
Our Idiazabal Cheese is aged minimum 2 months. The crust has a yellowish colour, inside the cheese is ivory white and presents a firm texture. The taste is intense, balanced and clean with a marked character.
Our Idiazabal Cheese is enjoyed best alone or together with a glass of red wine. It is perfect for a cheeseboard, as a tapa or as snack.
