The customer's account will be debited after confirmation of the agreement between the payment centres. All purchase transactions on www.gastronomicspain.com are carried out within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption with SSL protocol. When you press the button "Validate" or similar during the confirmation of the order, the bank verifies the validity of the credit/debit card number and checks that it is not blocked. Gastronomic Spain does not have access to the bank details of the client or member and does not store them on its servers. For this reason the customer must provide them again each time you make a new purchase in our online shop. This provides double protection against abuse and fraud.

Gastronomic Spain is using a verification process with the aim of preventing the fraudulent use of the bank details of our customers. For this reason Gastronomic Spain reserves the right to ask its customers to send (by fax or post) a copy of both sides of their national identity card, as well as proof of address less than three months old. No order may be dispatched before these documents have been received and checked. The documents requested must be sent within six working days. Gastronomic Spain reserves the right to reimburse the order if it does not receive the documents mentioned above, or if they are not valid.
