+ ¿How much are the shipping fees?

GastronomicSpain.com offers free shipping for your orders. To check out the conditions for frees shipping or if you want to consult the shipping fees click here.

+ ¿Which payment options do I have?

You can pay your order by: debit card, credit card, PayPal or bank wire. In case of choosing bank wire you need to send us a bank receipt to foodlovers@gastronomicspain.com. This way we are able to ship your order directly, otherwise we ship the order when we receive the money on our bank acount (between 4 - 5 busines days).

+ ¿To which countries does GastronomicSpain.com ship?

GastronomicSpain.com ships his products to all the countries of the European Union.

In case that you would like to realize an order to a non EU country please contact our customer service by chat or by foodlovers@gastronomicspain.com. Please consider that for shippments outside of the EU are VAT free but the customer eventually has to pay custom duties depending on each country.

+ ¿Whith wich company does GastronomicSpain.com ship?

GastronomicSpain.com only ships with delivery services able to deliver the order in the best conditions. For this motive we only work with TNT, UPS and Correos Express. 

+ ¿Can I follow my order?

Usually the order leaves our ware house the workday after placing it. You are going to receive an email with the tracking number and the delivery service. Using the tracking number you can check where your order is in every moment. If you have any doubts regarding the whearabouts of your order don't hesitate to contact our customer service by chat or by email foodlovers@gastronomicspain.com.

+ ¿How is my order shipped?

GastronomicSpain.com uses boxes of great resitance and enough protection to ensure that the ordered goods get to your home in perfect conditions.

+ ¿What can I do if I receive a damagaed good?

First your order is completely insured. In the unlikely case that one of the ordered goods is damaged please send us a foto from the box where the lable is well seen and a foto of the damaged good by email to foodlovers@gastronomicspain.com. We are going to proceed to refund the cost imediatly.

+ Delivery warranty

You have a total warranty that you are going to receive your order. We are working with TrustedShop and TrustedShop insures your order up to 2.500,- EUR. Here you can check out the opinions of our customers.
