Our Cider is made with a mix of the best bitter, acid and acidulated apples. After the pressing the Cider ferments in chestnut barrels where it gains the great taste.
In the glass the Cider is fine and delicate and you can appreciate the lemon yellow colour with green fund. The aromas remind of green fruits and they present floral nuances. On the tongue the Cider has a good acidity with a citric ending.
