How to prepare a homemade ratatouille:

The ratatouille is a very simple and typical Spanish recipe that combines perfectly with an infinite number of dishes. Here are we going to show you how to make our homemade ratatouille from La Fragua:

1. Saute the onion and garlic: chop both ingredients and saute them in a frying pan with oil.

2. Blanch the tomatoes: boil the tomatoes for one minute. When they have cooled a little, peel and set aside.

3. Add other ingredients such as green pepper, red pepper, onion and courgette to the pan.

4. Chop the tomato and add it to the frying pan.

5. Finally, stir everything together and leave to cook for approximately 30 minutes, until soft.
