The Iberian Chorizo, from the region of Extremadura, is presented in whole piece and it is an air dried charcuterie product of the best quality. It is produced in the region of the la Vera with an optimum climate for its maturation.
Our Iberian Chorizo is made with the best meat of Iberian breed pork and with cayenne (pimenton) from la Vera. By cutting the air dried sausage you can appreciate the typical orange colour and the white veins. The knowhow and the high quality ingredients create a chorizo with a balanced, rich and characteristic taste.
Enjoy our Iberian Chorizo, sliced and piece by piece. Also you can fry it or use it as ingredient for more elaborated Spanish dishes.
