Preparation Tiger Nut Milk:
for one litre of fresh tiger nut milk you have to mix 200 ml of concentrate with 800 ml of water. Mix very well, we recommend to shake it, until the concentrate is dissolved completely and the drink get its characteristic milk-white colour. Once mixed, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
