The Tiger Nut Milk is a vegetable drink with a lot of tradition in Valencia. The so called "Horchata" is usually served cold and it is an authentic delicacy.
Our ecological Tiger Nut Milk is shipped concentrate. It is elaborated in Valencia by high end technology to preserve the taste and the multiple nutrients. The tiger nuts used for the milk are from ecological crops.
Most commonly the Tiger Nut Milk is drunk cold but it is as good when you heat it up.
Preparation: for one litre of fresh tiger nut milk you have to mix 200 ml of concentrate with 800 ml of water. Mix very well, we recommend to shake it, until the concentrate is dissolved completely and the drink get its characteristic milk-white colour. Once mixed, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
